Rent A Container At Your Place or Property
With rental prices starting from ONLY $2.50 per day, our most economical storage option for short term storage (minimum 6 months) is to rent one of our 10ft or 20ft containers on your own property.
About Our Containers
Our Containers are new or near new, come with lock boxes to minimise padlock tampering and have an “easy open door system”.
They are light coloured to reflect heat and for just a fraction extra you can hire a container with rubber sealing on the roof to help significantly reduce temperature and moisture condensation build-up in the container.
How Delivery Works
Delivery and return of the container is the responsibility of the Hirer. We can organise pickup and return of the container on your behalf or you can organise your own transportation.
Final pricing for transport is subject to site accessibility and driver availability. However an indication of standard pricing of one way local delivery of an empty container from or to our facility for a site that has easy access and plenty of space for the truck to drop the container can be found on our Container Delivery Costs page.
10ft Container
Generally suits:
Usually suitable to store the contents of a small 1 or 2 bedroom unit
Dimensions:
- Exterior: 304.8cm (length), 243.9cm (width) and 259.08cm (height)
- Interior: 279.5cm (length), 234.8cm (width) and 238.4cm (height)
- Interior Volume: Approximately 15.65 cubic metres
- Floor Area: Approximately 6.56 square metres
- Door Opening: 233.88cm (width) x 227.2cm (height)
Pricing:
- Monthly (minimum 6 months) = $99 per month or part thereof inc GST paid monthly in advance
- Annual (Get 1 Month FREE!) = $1,089 inc GST paid annually in advance
- Please note that a one off admin setup fee of $35 inc GST applied to each new hire as well as a bond of $250 inc GST (which is fully refunded if the container is returned clean and undamaged)
- Delivery and return of the container from our facility is the responsibility of the hirer. Transport can be arranged by IBS Storage Solutions and a general idea of pricing for local one way delivery can be found on our Container Delivery Costs page
