- All of our agreements are month to month. There are no lock in contracts. However we offer great discounts for those wanting to commit to longer term options.
- Our facility is not permanently staffed, is not part of a large chain, is family owned by Gold Coasters, and is not a multimillion dollar warehouse type self storage facility. This all means that we are able to offer storage at significantly cheaper prices than what you would pay elsewhere for the same space.
- Access to our facility is through the latest technology smart access. Your smartphone provides immediate access through bluetooth technology to our gates meaning no keys, fobs or remembering pin codes. Our app allows you to control who you want to provide or rescind access to.

Our 10 foot and 20 foot onsite containers are all;
- Fireproof, waterproof & verminproof
- Not shared between customers. The whole unit is yours.
- Light coloured and Insulated with rubber sealant roofs to ensure temperature and moisture control.
- New or very near new
- Easily accessible with drive to door units supplied with “Easy to Open” doors
- All come with lock boxes to reduce risk of padlock tampering
- Are supplied with Padlocks but can be overlocked with your own padlocks to ensure that only you ever have access to your goods
