Trailer parking is $100 per week (including GST).
When you join, there is a $200 refundable bond, returned at the end of your agreement provided all contract terms have been met. A one-off $35 administration fee also applies at sign-up.
Payments are made weekly via autopay.
This is set up at the time of sign-up to ensure payments are automatic and hassle-free.
Unfortunately, no.
All stored items must be on a trailer. Any loose or un-trailered items will be removed from the facility.
If you require space for equipment or goods not on a trailer, storage units are available for rent.
Once you sign up, you’ll receive access to our secure gate-entry mobile app.
Simply drive to the gate, open the app, press ‘Entry Gate:, and the gate will unlock, no need to leave your vehicle.
Yes.
The app allows you to share access with staff or family members if needed. You can also revoke access instantly at any time with the click of a button.
Standard access hours are 4:00am – 9:00pm 7 days a week.
The gate will not open outside these hours unless prior approval has been granted. If you require access outside normal hours, please contact our office to make arrangements.

IBS Storage does not provide insurance for trailers or their contents. We recommend you contact your insurance provider to ensure you are covered while storing with us.

There are no wash-down bays or power/electrical access available for trailer parking.
