This is usually suitable to store the contents of a small 1 or 2 bedroom unit.

Once you book your space you will be sent downloads and login details to our smartphone app. The App will allow you to setup a bluetooth connection to automatically open our front gate and your container when you are in the proximity. You then have full management to give others access through the app itself. If you don't have a smart phone you can still access the facility through a pin entered at the gateway access points.
To ensure the best possible experience with the app, when you arrive at our Carrara storage site enable Bluetooth and automatic app updates (in your phone’s settings function). It can take up to 90 seconds for the gate and storage unit icons to appear on your app homepage. If icons don’t appear on the main page, go to the “Entry” tab on the bottom of the app screen to access the gate and your storage unit.
Make sure you are in range of the site entrance gate on City Link Drive. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
To enter the gate - tap the gate icon on the app home screen or the “Entry” tab. If issues occur force close the app, relaunch and try again. If you still have trouble check that your account is up to date with payments. If you are still experiencing issues, call us on 07 5636 6252.
To exit the gate - tap the “Exit Gate” icon on the app home screen.
A lock is already included with your storage unit. When you are in front of your storage unit simply tap the unlock icon on the app home screen or the “Entry” tab in your app.
Close the swing doors and slide the hasp. When the light turns red your storage unit is locked.

The facility is fully fenced and under 24/7 CCTV camera access. Staff are onsite most days and the facility is in an area that is monitored by 24 hour security patrols.
No worries. A pin code can also allow you access to the gates during normal times.
Yes this is fully manageable within the app. You will have full control of who you do or not not give access to.
Click “Share Access” - top right on the app homepage. Type in the mobile number of the person you would like to share access with then click “Next”. You will have the option to assign how long they have access to the storage unit - select the timeframe. They will receive a text message with a link to download the app and access the facility and storage unit.
You can revoke access at any time by clicking on the user and selecting “Delete User”.
You must not store any goods that are, hazardous, dangerous, illegal, stolen, flammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, living, or that are a risk to the property of any person. You must also ensure that any goods stored in your container, are dry, clean, free of vermin and food scraps and are not mouldy when placed inside the space.
As we are an independent family owned operator, we have found that we don’t really have the buying power to be able to pass these savings on to our clients. We have a Bunnings Warehouse and Officeworks within a very short driving distance of our facility and from our research these outlets provide most of your requirements at prices that we would struggle to match, and therefore would recommend you to these establishments.
No insurance is provided with your rental fee and our business does not offer insurance.
For residential customers we would encourage you to take a look at your home and contents insurance policy as often this covers your offsite storage and if not is usually an upgrade option at very reasonable rates.
Likewise, for commercial customers you should investigate cover under your existing business insurance or seek advice from your broker or insurance provider.
Our facility invoices on a direct debit basis. When signing up, you will be directed to a direct debit authority form. Your once off deposit and admin fee and then ongoing rental fees are automatically debited from your account monthly. This is a condition of our storage agreements.
We are all about making your storage experience simple and affordable. Direct Debit takes away the payment pain points for both us and you and allows us to keep our prices lower than most commercial storage facilities.

Our minimum rental period is one month for standard bookings. If you do commit to longer terms then discounts may apply.
For standard rental agreements we just need one weeks notice before your agreement ends.

By default, you will be given access to the facility from 6am to 9pm 7 days a week. If you would like 24/7 access to your container, please reach out to our friendly team and permission will usually be granted to extend your hours of accessibility.
